Surprise Me Not

The New York Times just sent out a breaking news alert.  Former Illinois governor, Rod Blagojevich, was indicted on 16 felony counts.  These corruption charges included some involving billions of dollars in state pension bonds.  Also included was the fact that he tried to sell Obama’s senate seat to the highest bidder.  Still makes you wonder about Burris.  Also charged were five of his cronies advisers.

Blagojevich doesn’t give the appearance of being concerned yet.  He’s busy playing in the sun at one of the Walt Disney resorts in Florida.  Read more about the indictment at this news site.  Meanwhile, Chicago’s political machine rolls on.
